Shipping policy
Despatch
We aim to despatch all orders placed by 5pm the following working day. We only use tracked delivery service providers like Evri and Royal mail. In order for you to be able to track your delivery please provide contact email and/or phone number.
Please note- we only despatch goods Monday to Friday. If you placed your order after 9.30am on a Friday it will be despatched the following Monday.
Delays
Although much effort is put in to ensuring all orders are despatched within 48 hrs and delivered within 3 working days after the time of despatch, delays sometimes are unavoidable and out of our hands. If you have not received your goods and/or not received tracking information within 72 hrs of placing your order please email us quoting your order number to info@feishdek-uk.co.uk.
Missing items
If we have received proof from the courier that goods have been delivered in a safe place or signed for (proof of signature or photo showing item in a safe place) but the goods are not received or have been misplaced, we can assume that the goods were delivered but have potentially been stolen from safe place. In this instance please contact the Police and report the missing items, please quote Police crime reference number and your order number when contacting us with regards to this order.
Free Delivery
Free Delivery is subject to UK Mainland Only. Any other destination delivery will be charged using Evri online shipping calculator +10% handling fee.
